What to See?
In Greenwich Village, (New York City) there is a
lot to see. You can find many interesting guides on the Internet or in
bookstores.
However, if you want to see some new things that
may not be in your guidebook be sure to check below.
Some Special Events (suggested by residents) and Some Tourist Attractions;
 | Local
Theater. Excellent Show "Open
Heart" written by Robby Benson starring Robby Benson,
Karla DeVito and Stan Brown.

 | Outdoor Live Acoustic
Music and Comedy Unique Choice Washington Square Park. The
main day is Sunday, but music is also played on Saturday
from 1pm until 8pm, weather permitting. Most of the
musicians and singers are from various local bands and
clubs. However, periodically they are joined by celebrity
artists. (Hint: The celebrity artists don't take money!)
The music can be heard year-round as long as the
temperature is above 50 degrees Fahrenheit and it is not
raining or snowing.

Choice - Players include top notch
artists as well as some new singers, songwriters and musicians. Free

Galleries & Little Known Displays.

5th Avenue between 11th and 12th Streets.

Music, Clubs and Bars. See and
hear some of the best local and regional talent in the
places that produced the likes of Bob Dylan, Tracy
Chapman, and many others. Includes performers of popular
