SHAME ON TIC & TAC. These guys break park regulations and noise laws by setting up and playing super-loud drums and paint pails that make it impossible to hear any acoustic music in the square. And then, to make it worse they walk up to tourists and intimidate them into giving them money. Also, shame on park rangers for not enforcing the regulations. When you see these guys please complain to the park rangers.
