Music Samples Have been Upgraded for Higher Quality Sound As a result of improvements in real-time music sample playback, we have upgraded the music samples from True-Speech to RealAudio. New Membership Plans Eliminate Long Waiting List and Provide the Primary Services that Artists Want In response to member requests, we have packaged those services that artists continually requested into a new self-service standard musician membership plan. This Standard Plan is only $25 per year and allows artists to update own promotion information instantly 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. UMO Provides Convenient Links for Popular Artists Due to popular demand UMO has included links and concert schedule info for selected popular "mainstream" artists. Many fans of Greenwich Village Music have stated that even though they like "underground" music, there are many popular groups they also enjoy. Therefore, it would be useful to be able to locate popular artist concerts and music information from the UMO Music site. Upgrades to Simplify Access for Artists and Music Fans The member and non-member menus have been combined and simplified to provide easy cross-access between these services. Go to any menu to check out their new layouts. Please note that the method of security access control has been modified slightly. If you have any problems or questions about the new menus or anything else on UMO, please don't hesitate to email us. Village Photos are Added Randomly Photos that are taken in Greenwich Village, at UMO Events, in Clubs, and other public areas are provided on the UMO Web Site for our many visitors from around the world. The pictures are intended to give web visitors a sense of the people and places they may experience while visiting the Village and its surrounding areas. The photo collection is updated randomly, usually in large groups and therefore from one visit to the next, you may suddenly go from seeing no new photos to seeing a 20 or 30 new photos.
